In order to get GL Legacy to work on the ATi Rage Pro, you must download
the latest drivers with the latest OpenGL BETA ICD version 5.38.6b06a,
you can get them from Rage3d. You also
need to install Microsoft DirectX 6.1 for the drivers to work. Then just
load up GL Legacy from the Launcher and it should run using the OpenGL
ICD.
You should also delete previous Quake2 Mini-GL as it is incompatible with
the latest ICD and drivers.

This seems to be a problem
with ATis drivers, I guess it will be sorted in a future driver release.
Tweaks
I personally do not know of any tweaks that can be used to improve the
performance of GL Doom Legacy on an ATi Rage Pro based 3D card, if anyone
has any then mail me.
